Select ‘Finances’ from dropdown menu. Switch to ‘Overview’ tab and back to ‘Finances’. Press hotkey, switch again to ‘Overview’ and

back to ‘Finances’ tab. Enjoy changes! I recommend to save the game after a change under a new savegame slot.
